How to sign up for tours and airport transfers

Confirmation

• You’ll receive a confirmation by e-mail from
  tours@wlpgasforum-aegpl2010.com
• Once your booking request is received, a credit card form needs to be filled in and sent back to:
  tours@wlpgasforum-aegpl2010.com
• You will then receive a confirmation e-mail from Ovation Spain summarising the tours and/or transfers that you have registered for.

Payment

Ovation Spain will debit the credit card upon receipt of the reservation form.

Booking Conditions

• Rates shown are in EUROS per person.
• Tours & transfers are provided on air conditioned vehicles with an English speaking guide.
• Rates include:
  - Local and service taxes (new VAT rates are applicable in Spain, as per 1st July 2010.)
  - Meals mentioned in the corresponding programme;
  - Entrance tickets.
• Rates do not include:
  - Any personal expense;
  - Train tickets;
  - Meals not mentioned in the programme;
  - Porterage at airports & hotels.

Cancellation Pulicy

• Reservation changes or cancellation must be sent to Ovation Spain, the official agency, in writing via e-mail.
• Airport transfers and tours
  
  Cancellation:
  Once you received your tour or transfer confirmation by e-mail, your service is booked. In case of cancellation, this can be made without charge before the 17th September 2010. In case of cancellation between the 18th September and 3 days before the service: 50% will be charged to the clients. Between 2 days and the day of the services, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged.
  
  Change:
  If you do need to make changes, please do it in written and always include your name, the tour or transfer selected and the date. Changes free of charge can be made until the 3 days before the service. After this, 25% will be charged to the clients

• Pre and Post Tours
  
  Cancellation:
  Once you receive your tour confirmation by e-mail, your service is booked. In case of cancellation, this can be made without charge until 15 days before the date of the tour. In case of cancellation between 14 days and 5 days before the service: 50% will be charged to the clients. Between 4 days and the day of the services, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged.
• The Organisers reserve the right to cancel tours with less than 5 participants.
• Change:
  If you do need to make changes, please do it in written and always include your name, the tour or selected and the date. All changes are upon request. Changes free of charge can be made until 7 days before the service. After this, 25% will be charged to the clients.
